This IP address, as it seems, is used by a school district in Salina, Kansas. I'd simply like to make the claim that the administration of the school district will be might be notified of this, and every action will be made to help stop vandalization of Wikipedia from this school yeah, you're better off banning edits.
If it is possible to login, then edit pages, go ahead, ban edits from this IP.
