The links in question were not commercial or private. They were articles related to the artist. In other words - content.
Please note that you are welcome to add information critical of Nine Inch Nails into the article. However, the information should consist of more than just multiple links to the same site (see WP:EL and WP:SPAM). --Yamla 15:25, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Multiple links to the same site? They were different articles on different sites. I also noticed the addition to the trivia section was removed. I think you are not being NPOV.
In fact, they were links to commercial sites. I am not being NPOV, I have expressly stated that you are more than welcome to add information critical of the band to the article. However, please read WP:EL and WP:SPAM to see why what you were doing was not the right way to approach matters. --Yamla 15:29, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
Other sites on the links list are commercial. As a matter of fact, at least one of mine, is a non-profit organization. I'm aware of Wiki's policies and don't believe this constitutes spam in any way. You also haven't addressed the trivia section.

You made no mention of why the reference to Nine Inch Nails was notable in the book. That's why it was removed. As to the links you added, I once again direct you to WP:EL and WP:SPAM. They are inappropriate under these guidelines, not strictly because they are links to commercial sites. Please do not respond further until you have taken the time to read both pages and can justify your links specifically according to those guidelines. --Yamla 15:34, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

There is no reference as to why the reference is notable in some of the other trivia section; I think the subject of the book gives enough context. I have read both Wiki sections, but I'm not wasting any more time on the topic. Bye.
