Please stop making LRA an article, while ruining the redirect to Lord's Resistance Army. Looking at what links to LRA, it's clear that the Ugandan rebel group is more often used. I have moved your info to Local Registration Authority, so please make any edits you want there rather than creating duplicate information in two different locations.
