This is the user page for ctb-cache1-vif1.saix.net - one of the Cape Town SAIX proxies. /Many/ dialup and DSL users appear to come from this address.

Well, one or more vandals are conveniently hiding behind this proxy. Just look at the user contributions! I mean, this is becoming almost as bad as an open proxy, and I know its been blocked for that reason before. If you block this IP, would logged-in users be affected who are coming through this proxy as well? Dewet 07:36, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

It doesn't matter if you are logged in. I do not know if that can be changed in the block command. I personally can 'make a plan', but others may not. Wizzy 20:23, Feb 13, 2005 (UTC)
