1983-84 Cuban National Series

The 23rd Cuban National Series marked the first time the league was divided into a first and second division. Citricultores, from Matanzas Province, won the first division, while Forestales (from Pinar del Río Province came out on top in the second. However, the team from Pinar del Río did not earn promotion.
