The 1980 College World Series was played at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, NE from May 30 to June 6. The thirty-fourth tournament's champion was the University of Arizona coached by Jerry Kindall. The Most Outstanding Player was Terry Francona of the University of Arizona.
