1978 Masters Snooker

The 1978 Benson and Hedges Masters took place in 6 and 10 February 1978 and was held in the New London Theatre which would be for the last time. The following year, It would be held at the Wembley Conference Centre. 10 players who were invited took part. Alex Higgins won the first of his two titles beating Cliff Thorburn who made his debut.
