1975-76 WHA season
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The 1975-76 WHA season was the fourth season of the now defunct World Hockey Association. Theoretically, fourteen teams would play 80 games each, but four of five Canadian Division teams played 81, due to the WHA's tiebreaker rule, while two teams (Minnesota and Denver/Ottawa) folded mid-season.
