Attention:

This IP address, 195.84.40.9, is registered to Växjö Municipality, and may be shared by multiple users. In the case of organizations using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.

Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. ViridaeTalk 11:40, 1 December 2006 (UTC)

ok sorry. but he's so annoying —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 195.84.40.9 (talk) 11:16, 6 December 2006 (UTC).

Making a final warning regarding your personal attacks on other users. Dont do it even one more time or you'll be blocked. In particular, placing personal attacks in edit summaries makes it very hard for us to ignore them. Syrthiss 12:59, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

I'll second the warning above. Additionally, editorial comments like this one do not have an encyclopedic tone. If you want to describe the library (using references - not just your expereinces) in neutral style (see Wikipedia:Guide to writing better articles for suggestions) then it will most likely remain in the article. --Trödel 14:13, 7 December 2006 (UTC)
