This 'user' has a long history of posting anti-semetic/racist comments on pages, or otherwise messing with pages (testing the bounds of legality, even) as they do so. They seem to work in collusion with 213.42.2.22.

Editing the Wikipedia:Contact us page is not the way to contact someone regarding Wikipedia; if you need to get in touch with someone, please read the instructions there. As to what you posted, it is extremely unlikely that anyone you wish to reach will be reading that page; Wikipedia doesn't have any political influence.
