[edit] Bucharest Stock Exchange
Cool down and have a look here before you get all jumpy and hackled up: Wikipedia:External links#Links_normally_to_be_avoided: 11. Links to blogs and personal webpages, except those written by a recognized authority.
If you can prove http://bpe3.blogspot.com/ is an official blog site of the BVB, be my guest and re-add the external link to the article. Mentatus 09:18, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
Only because the site is using the www.blogger.com platform, you can not categorize it as a blog or personal webpage. It is a general use website with news focus on the companies quoted at BSE. Furthermore, the Wikipedia policy sustains this kind of pages:
What should be linked: ... Sites with other meaningful, relevant content that is not suitable for inclusion in an article, such as reviews and interviews.

OK, first of all I'm not sure the content of this website is meaningful and relevant to the article - what do the news about the BSE-listed companies add to it? Nothing about the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Lemme cite some titles: "BCR's Net Profit Rises 20.4% in '06", "BRD's turnover from factoring ops rises over 152pc", "Petrom and Rompetrol may sign contract". Beside the fact these companies are listed there, is this information related to the BSE? No. Are they meaningful or relevant to the BSE? No. IMHO, the site is meaningful or relevant to an investor or a shareholder, it is not encyclopaedic and doesn't add any value to the article. And second of all, I'm not sure you're not related in any way to the site (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest). On the site the news sources are not disclosed and there's no info about the owners or who runs it. Regards, Mentatus 13:36, 3 March 2007 (UTC)
