This IP address is a public one, shared IP that is assigned to public libraries, and also people's houses in Bootle, Formby, Southport and Crosby. Legitimate users cannot edit from this IP due to a vandal using it. --195.188.50.200 13:55, 17 March 2006 (UTC)
