we are an anonymum of retards with far too much time on our hands, as anyone who has attended a state funded institute of higher education will know. As such there is no solution to prevent vandalism by unregistereed users from this addres besides permenant blockage. Indeed, this will probably be to the benefit of all involed as

    • No more vandalism will occur
    • Less resources will be devoted to dealign with said vandalism
    • The number of Elephants in Africa will increase dramatically
    • People who actually have somethign useful to contribute are more likely to register for accounts
    • Those who are wasting time editing wikipedia on the governmetns mioney will be foreced to do something else, such as, god forbid, study.
