Source: One of the two local Winnipeg daily newspapers (either Free Press or now defunct Tribune) from an unknown 1954 edition. The photograph was provided by one of the persons in the photograph. Permission to reproduce has been requested from the Winnipeg Free Press which also owns the rights to the Tribune.
