1950 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon Model 79. Owned and restored by Jay & Betty Nordgren of West Garden Grove, California, USA.

This is number 269 of a total of 420 built. The original price was $3,407.00, making it the most expensive 1950 Buick model. It has a wheelbase of 126.25 inches and a weight of 4,370 lbs. The engine is a 320 in³ Fireball straight-8 with a 2-barrel carburetor, developing 152 brake horsepower. The transmission is a Buick Dynaflow.

The restored woodwork is white ash with mahogany trim. The paint is not the original color; a 3-stage paint job employing a Black Pearl base coat, an Organic Green Candy coat over that, and a clear-coat on top.
