1959 College World Series

The 1959 NCAA Men's Division I College World Series (CWS) involved 8 schools playing in double-elimination play to determine the national champion of men's NCAA Division I college baseball. It began on June 12, and ended with the championship game on June 18. A total of 15 games were played at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska.
The tournament field consisted of 22 teams, 10 automatic berths and 12 at-large selections. The 22 teams competed in 8 districts, each sending their winner to the CWS.
Oklahoma State University won the national championship with a 5-3 victory over the University of Arizona in front of 4,168 fans.
