Please note that this IP address belongs to a range of terminals at the British Library. While the most recent edits from here do look like vandalism, a glance at user contributions does suggest that the majority have not been. Please consider keeping the BL unbanned; obviously there's an unusual amount of reference material here and it would be a shame to prevent most users without WP accounts from making useful contributions.
