Please note, this IP is used by over 8000 people, it is the IP address for Legal & General's staff accessing the net. I don't believe that blocking the IP would be a positve move as many staff use this to browse and update wikipedia. I will personally keep an eye on the updates this IP makes, and would ask others who would seek to block this IP to take a more restrained approach to the vandalism/copyright infringments made from this IP.
