[edit] Lakeland links
Yes, link spam is not just about profit, but about any commercial activity and also about getting a site's rating up in search engines. One link is sufficient (if that) - you certainly don't have any right to add the same links to any article that may or may not be tenuously linked to your photos. Thank you for experimenting with the page Robert Kilroy-Silk on Wikipedia. Your test worked, and it has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any other tests you may want to do. Please do not add nonsense to Wikipedia, as you did to the Field Music page. It is considered vandalism. If you would like to experiment, use the sandbox. Thank you. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. LibLord 16:48, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
Hi there. Apologies if this doesn't come out ok - i'm pretty much a novice at this. Prior to the changes made to the Field Music page that you removed, I had put a reference in to an interview conducted with the band by a friend of mine for the new noise website. If I'm wrong and this was the wrong use of Wikipedia, then apologies, but if not, I wondered if there was a quick way of you reverting to that version without me having to work out how to put the code in again? Thanks for your time.
