Attention:

This IP address, 193.251.135.124, is registered to Eutelsat S.A., 70 Rue Balard, 75015 Paris, France (Telephone: +33 1 53 98 37 86) and MBI, Via Carducci 13, 56017 San Giuliano Terme, Italy (Telephone: +39 01036270864), and may be shared by multiple users. In the case of organizations using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.

Please stop adding nonsense to Wikipedia. It is considered vandalism. If you were just trying to experiment, then use the sandbox instead. Thank you. David Johnson [T|C] 14:11, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)

In response to your question on my talk page, the removal of nonsense and vandalism like what you were adding is done manually, although admins have the ability to automatically remove large numbers of edits by a particular user in one go. David Johnson [T|C] 15:13, 2 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Regarding the letter you wrote at Abdul-Karim Obeid. Since that is not an encyclopedia article, I had to delete it. If you have information you believe may be useful, you might consider contacting the appropriate intelligence agency directly. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. The intelligence work we do is of a different nature. Thank you. SWAdair | Talk 10:40, 8 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Please do not add any information to Imran Series if it isn't a part of Ibn-e-Safi's work. If you want to add information about characters and novels that are written by Mazhar Kaleem, please do so in the article on him. I am reverting back to the list of novels which were written by Ibn-e-Safi.

Best regards.

How many "last" warnings does this person get before they finally get blocked? The rules are useless unless someone bothers to enforce them. Frozen North. 03:39, 5 February 2007 (UTC)

Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia, 193.251.135.124! However, your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove spam from Wikipedia. If you were trying to insert a good link, please accept my creator's apologies, but note that the link you added, matching rule .+\.multiply\.com, is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. Please read Wikipedia's external links policy for more information. If the link was to an image, please read Wikipedia's image tutorial on how to use a more appropriate method to insert the image into an article. If your link was intended to promote a site you own, are affiliated with, or will make money from inclusion in Wikipedia, please note that inserting spam into Wikipedia is against policy. This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Alfonso, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from any site that uses the MediaWiki spam blacklist, which includes all of Wikimedia and Wikipedia.
