1938 Memorial Cup

The 1938 Memorial Cup final was a best of 5 series between the Oshawa Generals, winners of the George Richardson Memorial Trophy, and the St. Boniface Seals, winners of the Abbott Cup, held at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Ontario. St. Boniface won their 1st Memorial Cup, defeating Oshawa in 5 games.
