The 1937 Memorial Cup final was a best of 5 series between the Copper Cliff Redmen, winners of the George Richardson Memorial Trophy, and the Winnipeg Monarchs, winners of the Abbott Cup, held at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto, Ontario. Winnipeg won their 2nd Memorial Cup, defeating Copper Cliff in 4 games.
