1905-06 South African cricket season

The 1905-06 South African cricket season was the fifteenth season of first-class cricket in South Africa. The Currie Cup was not competed for in 1905-06, which was dominated by a tour by the Marylebone Cricket Club. All the first-class games of this season featured the MCC, who were captained by Plum Warner. The tour included five games between the Englishmen and a representative South African side that are recognised as Test matches. South Africa secured their first win in a Test series at home to England, winning the series 4-1.
