Please stop. I don't have a clue what the issue is, but that isn't the right move. --Alf melmac 12:42, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

It's a stupid project.

Wikipedia should be a hub of information for all ages. If it is filled up with porno articles with inappropriate material, both Encyclopedic and for the reading of the general population, child or otherwise, then it is restricting the audience of Wikipedia surely? I mean how can a source of information be free and accessible to all, if it is ostensibly linked with explicit material, most of which shouldn't be in the Encyclopedia.

PS - I know about Wikipedia's "no censorship issue", but sometimes it goes too far. 172.202.50.4 12:48, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

I understand, thanks for explaining, making destructive edits can only weaken your position though. I strongly suggest talking about this at the village pump. As wikipedia is consensus driven, sometimes the best that can be done is joining something that needs moderation and applying hefty beatings with the logic stick in a civil manner. Distasteful, maybe. --Alf melmac 13:05, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
For future reference, 172.202.50.4, there are more mature methods of communicating your beliefs than vandalizing user pages with personal attacks. Also, if you do not care for Wikipedia, you can easily set up your own wiki. -- Joe Beaudoin Jr. Think out loud 18:52, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
You have been blocked from editing for vandalism of Wikipedia for a period of 3 days. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Kilo-Lima|(talk) 14:13, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
  • It's an AOL, which means a 3 day ban is pointless, unless they leave AOL running for 3 days without interuption, they'll never have this ip for more than a few hours, and since AOL is incapable of running for more than 3 or 4 hours without crashing anyway, a 3 day ban is pointless, since the momenet AOL disconnects them, they'll have a new ip--152.163.101.8 14:58, 23 April 2006 (UTC)

I don't know which IP address you are using so I will post on both IP address: I do not call any of the following good edits: [1], [2], [3], [4], [5], [6]—wait, in fact, you entire contribution list has not one good edit. I cannot find any recollection of you stating you would stop such action. Wiki alf cannot block you becuase that would be a violation of the blocking policy: "You may not block a user you are in a conflict with"; so, as it may come to your suprise, I do have rescpect for my collegues: personal attacks are disgusting. You may be glad to know that I, since you seem to be with AOL, I have reduced your block. Since you said [...] events had taken place 2 hours earlier—does that mean if no vandilism is taken place within two hours, we a never allowed to block someone? It certainly does not. Please don't ever insult me: If you think I am a bad admin, that's you position and point; and I am certainly not a "poor excuse for an admin". I am who I am, and If you don't like that fine. Good day. Kilo-Lima|(talk) 18:41, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
