This section has been addressed on the [talk page]. In particular, 1) the schools you would like to add are not mentioned by the WSJ links, 2) the ranking does not address public colleges (and while a state college may be a public college in virginia, that might not be the case in, e.g., Maryland or New York), and 3) the rankings do correct for class size (see #2 on the state school list and #5 on the overall list).
