You yourself very probably haven't done anything wrong -- however, because of the way your ISP works, you share an IP address with other users. Every edit made under this IP address, every message sent to its talk page, they all show up in the same place -- the long and short of things, I suppose, is that you should really register an account, to avoid that. You'll get your own userpage, your own contribs history, your own talk page free of clutter, and most important, you'll be able to edit even when we soft block these IPs for vandalism.
