[edit] Global warming
Hi, do you have a source for your paragraph? NSLE (T+C+CVU) 08:51, 20 December 2005 (UTC)

etc. etc. etc.
Hi....I have nothing against the 'theory' behind man-induced GW...but it is still just a theory. I do believe we need to cut down emissions and find other fuel sources and all that fun stuff. I DO believe that the levels of CO2 are increasing etc. However...I am not convinced nor has anyone proved that the small amount of CO2 increase is directly related to man or even that the increased levels in CO2 is what has caused the earth's increase in temperature 1/2 a degree celsius.
I just linked directly to the page on the national academic press' nas.edu site. hope this helps. As I found the 'chat' page for GW...I believe I will spend some time trying to provide other comments and pass them through the group for their opinions before we keep going back and forth over what should be posted :)

btw...i'm not saying i agree with all of this (as I haven't read through it) but to get a better understanding as to how the U.S. (at least) is formulating some of it's policy decisions from a political perspective you can peruse through...

maybe it will give us some insight as to why the gov't has been slow in reducing emissions.
