From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Attention:

This IP address, 148.87.1.171, is registered to Oracle Datenbanksysteme GmbH, and may be shared by multiple users. In the case of organizations using proxy servers, this IP address may in fact represent many users at many physical computers.

For this reason, a message intended for one person may be received by another and a block shared by many. If you are editing from this address and are frustrated by irrelevant messages, you can avoid them by creating an account for yourself. In some cases, you may temporarily be unable to create an account due to efforts to fight vandalism, in which case, please see here.

If you are autoblocked repeatedly, we encourage you to contact your Internet service provider or IT department and ask them to contact Wikimedia's XFF project about enabling X-Forwarded-For HTTP headers on their proxy servers so that our editing blocks will affect only the intended user.

Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking - if a block is needed, administrators should consider using a soft block with the template {{anonblock|optional comment}} as the block reason.

Note: In the event of vandalism from this address, abuse reports may be sent to your network administrator for further investigation.

[edit] February 2004

Anonymous user, you are misreading the page history. On all the occasions you've posted something to the page, someone else has reverted your change. I don't know why they are doing so. I have been reverting other vandalism of this page (goodness knows why it's seeing so much attention today), but I have reverted none of your edits from this IP address. Btw, I suggest you get a user account (they're totally free) because it makes it easier for me to see what your contributions have been. Thanks! Jwrosenzweig 22:58, 12 Feb 2004 (UTC)

Hi. Is there any more content you can add to DLW? Just stating the acronym is not enough for an article. It is tagged for speedy deletion - Tεxτurε 17:24, 25 Aug 2004 (UTC)

Regarding External Links added to Microsoft Powerpoint: Please do not add commercial links or links to your own private websites to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links to the encyclopedia. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you. [edit] November 2006

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Take a look at the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing. However, unconstructive edits, such as those you made to Monica Bellucci, are considered vandalism. If you continue in this manner you may be blocked from editing without further warning. Please stop, and consider improving rather than damaging the work of others. Thank you. --Yamla 20:29, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] December 2006

With regards to your comments on Talk:Wikipedia: Please see Wikipedia's no personal attacks policy. Comment on content, not on contributors; personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Note that continued personal attacks may lead to blocks for disruption. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. John254 04:13, 3 December 2006 (UTC)

You have recently vandalized a Wikipedia article, and you are now being asked to stop this type of behavior. You're welcome to continue editing Wikipedia, so long as these edits are constructive. Please see Wikipedia's Blocking policy and what constitutes vandalism; such actions are not tolerated on Wikipedia, and are not taken lightly.

We hope that you will become a legitimate editor. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

If you feel you have received this message in error, it may be because you are using a shared IP address. Nevertheless, repeated vandalism from this address may cause you to be included in any future sanctions such as temporary blocks or bans. To avoid confusion in the future, we invite you to create a user account of your own. SkierRMH 01:01, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

This is your last warning.
The next time you vandalize a page, as you did to Big Bang, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Dar-Ape 01:13, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for vandalizing Wikipedia. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. --Nlu (talk) 12:44, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Best Buy's no-Christmas policy

I won't revert you again...although I'm assuming another editor will when they notice the changes, but no, not "All objections to inclusion of no-Christmas policy were rebutted." The last comment on the relevant talk page section asks why it's notable enough to be included. That still needs to be addressed. Several editors have expressed their feelings on the matter, and a single IP has argued against them. A few weeks of silence does not equal consensus to add the material back in. --Onorem 17:06, 13 February 2007 (UTC)

No consensus was reached on this matter, and I highly suspect that you are well aware of this. All that a person has to do is review your edit history on Wikipedia. This sort of behavior isn't unusual for you. You're not a stranger to vandalism.

Now, I'm not going to argue this issue with you anymore because I have said what I have to say. As have many other editors. If you want to continue to discuss the matter on the talk page, then by all means I'm in favor of that. But don't just continue to make edits to a page because you think it should be done. I suggest you leave the page alone. This is your first warning. B2bomber81 01:35, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your edits to Best Buy

Welcome to Wikipedia. We invite everyone to contribute constructively to our encyclopedia. Some of your recent edits, such as those you made to Best Buy, have been considered unhelpful or unconstructive and have been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Please also see the talk page for further discussion on this matter before making any further edits to Best Buy B2bomber81 01:39, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Warning

Please refrain from undoing other people's edits repeatedly. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. Rather than reverting, discuss disputed changes on the talk page. The revision you want is not going to be implemented by edit warring. Thank you. Paul Cyr 04:01, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

Please do not remove my comments from Talk:Best Buy it is vandalism and you will be blocked if you continue. Paul Cyr 21:01, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Larry Ellison

I find it very ironic that you're editing Larry Ellison's article. That is indeed a notable house--largest authentic Japanese structure outside of Japan--and it is a $40 million one. Regards, Tuxide 02:19, 14 February 2007 (UTC)

This is your last warning.
