Krytan, this IP is a proxy address of a huge (academic) intranet... behind it there is certainly more then one person. Speaking for myself, our (my) bosses would not be happy to find out what we use working hours and company (or... institution(s)) Internet connection for, no matter how nice it was (if so) for general public.
