Talk:13 moon calendar

I don't get it. Why is this calendar called the 13 moon calendar even though its 28-day months are shorter than an average lunation (29.53 days)? The Gregorian months are more accurate to the moon than this calendar and why the hell do many people think each lunar month has 28 days?!
