Are you referring to this edit[1]? I reverted an edit from this IP immediately afterwards[2] which is clearly vandalism, but the first edit would be fine assuming it's sourced (both are reverted using the method I used). If you're editing from UW-River Falls, it's possible multiple users are using this same IP address and two different people made those edits.
