[edit] Changes to Lost and Lost (disambiguation)
Hi. I noticed that you moved the redirect info from the article Lost to Lost (disambiguation) and turned Lost into a redirect to Lost (TV series). I assume you're the same person who did the same thing yesterday from the IP 129.241.94.254 (one digit different from this one). Since you appear to be at a mobile IP, you might not have noticed my note at User talk:129.241.94.254 explaining that this move (or one equivalent to it) had been proposed back in September, but failed to get consensus support, which is why I moved it back. If you feel strongly about this move, please discuss it at Talk:Lost, Talk:Lost (disambiguation) and/or Talk:Lost (TV series). If you do, I would probably support the move, but it shouldn't be performed unless we can get a consensus behind it this time. I hope you understand, and I hope you receive this message. (I'll say something on the appropriate talk pages as well, in case your moveable IP causes you to miss this message. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 23:35, 2 December 2005 (UTC)
- Hi. You seem to be on a moveable IP, so I'm leaving this note here in case it swings back to this one. I assume that you were the editor who moved these pages again from IP 129.241.28.247. Please see my notes on that user talk page, and at Talk:Lost, and join the discussion with your fellow editors. Thanks! —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 18:45, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

- Please do not continue to change Lost to a redirect. Wikipedia operates by consensus, and there is no consensus for having Lost as a redirect. If you join the discussion at Talk:Lost, it might be possible to build such a consensus, but this continual edit war is unproductive. The page will not remain the way you want it unless you engage in discussion with your fellow editors. Thank you. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 15:49, 11 January 2006 (UTC)
Regarding the page Lost, please stop. This continual reversion and refusal to engage in discussion amounts to vandalism. If you continue to vandalize pages, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 16:22, 13 January 2006 (UTC)
Regarding the page Lost, this is your last warning. The next time you vandalize a page, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 23:23, 20 January 2006 (UTC)
You continue to blank the Lost (disambiguation) page...
We hope that you will become a legitimate editor and create an account. Again, you are welcome here at Wikipedia, but remember not to vandalize or you will soon be blocked from editing.

- You have recently tried to insert the redirect LOST into the disambiguation page Lost. This is against the reccomendations of Wikipedia:Manual of Style (disambiguation pages). Furthermore, three different editors have reverted your changes, showing at the very least that there is no consensus to include a link to LOST on the page Lost. You should also take a look at WP:3RR, since your repeated reversions are clearly in opposition to the spirit of that policy.
- If you feel that there is an argument, in keeping with Wikipedia policies and guidelines, for keeping the link LOST on the disambiguation page, please discuss it at Talk:Lost. If you do not wish to engage your fellow editors in discussion, please stop making this change. Thank you. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 18:24, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
