There were no edits since 2005 that can't be attributed to Nokhc, and read access isn't affected. Whereas immediate short-duration blocks (no IP is blocked long-term unless for very good reason) sure could stop vandalism that otherwise would follow. Femto 11:46, 11 September 2006 (UTC)

Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Snakes on a Plane.
