123 Sesame Street is the main apartment building in the neighborhood of Sesame Street, New York, New York, and is part of the "Sesame Street universe".

Residents of 123 Sesame Street include:

• Gordon and Susan Robinson, and their son, Miles.
• Luis and Maria Rodriguez, and their daughter, Gabriella.
• Bert and Ernie, who live in one of the basement apartments in the building.

Outside the apartment building sits Oscar the Grouch's trash can. Big Bird's nest area is located in an enclosed area to the right of the building.
