Hi there,

Thanks for you contribution to Domesticated turkey. I appreciate that you cited the source for your information. Unfortunately, the material you added was a word-for-word copy of the entry at the Online Etymology Dictionary ([1]) and so violates their copyright on the text. If you want to paraphrase their words, using their ideas but your own words, that would be great. But -- getting picky -- it should go into Turkey (bird) not Domesticated turkey, since the etymology applies to all turkeys, not just the farmed and eaten ones. [edit] Your edits to Power Rangers

You recently removed every single colon (this symbol ":") from the box in the article. However, this just made all of the links that had the colon, links through redirects. I reverted this edit because of that fact. Ryulong 02:55, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

And you undid that edit. If you repeat this, I will count this as revert vandalism. Ryulong 02:56, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] RE: Religious view-tainted changes?...

Your Post:Deleting the H. Ray Collver article was a big mistake. Keep your religious views out of your editing changes in Wikipedia, please. It is quite clear that you're not really religious, but that does not mean you are allowed to callously select articles for deletion. Please think again next time. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.40.161.138 (talkcontribs).

  • My Response: My decision to nominate the article for deletion had nothing to do with my religious views. The article only made two main points regarding the subject: he was a pastor and a veteran. While this is admirable, it's not necessarily notable. Please see Wikipedia:Notability (people) for more info. Thanks! --NMChico24 21:51, 23 June 2006 (UTC)
