Talk:-archy

Are all these "ruled by X" where X is a number really useful? They look like just standard derivations using greek prefixes and suffixes rather than actual words that anyone uses. Tango 16:19, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- I've been bold and removed them all, plus 'whiggarchy' - all of them seem to be pure whimsy - why single out the Whigs for party rule? Why not get the Greek prefix relevant to the Conservatives, Labour, Republicans and Democrats?
- If any society actually has been officially run by any of those numbers, or has been specifically mentioned as an 'ideal rule' (like anarchy has been), then feel free to add them individually. -UK-Logician-2006
