Švargl

Švargl is a Slavonian dish, similar to Scottish haggis.

Cut pig's head, skin, ear, tongue and heart, add salt, pepper, paprika and garlic (and a little blood if you want to). Then fill the stomach with stuffing and add laurel, pepper, marjoram and timijan. Cooked sausage press with board (leave something heavy on board) and leave it for 2 days. Dagger it with needle occasionally.

You can eat it fresh or whiff 5-6 times (keep on cool place).
