Ōtsuka Station (大塚駅 otsuka-eki?) is a railway station on the Yamanote line in Toshima ward, Tokyo, Japan. It is operated by East Japan Railway Company. It is also a stop on the Toden Arakawa Line, whose station is named Otsuka station stop (大塚駅前停留場 Ōtsuka ekimae teiryūjō?).
