Ōji Station (王子駅 Ōji-eki?) is a railway station located in Kita, Tokyo, Japan.

The station is served by:
- Keihin-Tōhoku Line of East Japan Railway (elevated station),
- Namboku Line of Tokyo Metro (underground station) and
- Toden Arakawa Line (ground level station).
Officially the station of the Toden Arakawa Line is called Ōji-ekimae Station (王子駅前停留場 Ōji-ekimae teiryūjō?, "the tram stop in front of Ōji Station").
