Čelková Lehota is a village and municipality in Považská Bystrica District in the Trenčín Region of north-western Slovakia.

The village lies in a beautiful natural environment near mountain range Strážovské vrchy at the end of Domaniža valley.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1471.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 445 metres and covers an area of 3.705 km². It has a population of about 146 people.
