Ünye

Ünye is a town and a district of Ordu Province of Turkey. Unye towns history goes back to bc. 15th Hittitians time and follows Khaska's, Iskits, Miletians, Persians and Pontos-Byzantians times. The tows name comes Oenoe, Unieh, Unie, Unia, and todays Unye. A charming town with little port, is one of the nicest holiday towns on the easthern Black sea and justly boasts of its excellent beaches and camping facilities. Do not miss extraordinary 18th century town hall and Unye Castle (Times back to Pontos). You can also find nice beaches, Pansions offers good price, 2* - 3* hotels on the summer season.
