Überetsch-Unterland (Italian: Oltradige-Bassa Atesina, German: Überetsch-Unterland) is a district (Italian: comprensorio, German: Bezirksgemeinschaft) in the southern part of South Tyrol, Italy. It comprises the valley of the river Adige from Bolzano in the north to Salorno in the south. According to the 2001 census, 68% of the population of the district Überetsch-Unterland speaks German as first language, and 32% Italian.

The following municipalities are part of the district Überetsch-Unterland: Aldein, Altrei, Andrian, Auer, Bronzolo, Eppan an der Weinstraße, Kaltern an der Weinstraße, Kurtatsch an der Weinstraße, Kurtinig an der Weinstraße, Laives, Margreid an der Weinstraße, Montan, Neumarkt (district capital), Salorno, Terlan, Tramin an der Weinstraße, Truden, and Vadena.
