Øyvind Hoås (born 28 October, 1983) is a Norwegian footballer who currently plays for Fredrikstad F.K..

The tall striker stands at 6' 8" and is a former under-21 international with Norway. His previous club was Molde F.K., from which he departed in 2004. He has been linked with a move to Derry City F.C. of the FAI National League for the beginning of the club's 2007 season. He has indeed received a lot of critism from the fans, however he has contributed with some vital goals. He is commonly referred to as a talent, though he is unable to let his skills shine thoroughly through.
