Østlandets Blad is a regional newspaper in Norway published by A/S Østlandets Blad. The paper is publised six days a week (Monday-Saturday) with a circulation of 16.735 copies in 2005. It is the largest newspaper in Follo (district) and the third in Akershus (county). The paper has a strong local focus and is the primary newsdistributor in Ski, Oppegård, Ås, Vestby, Frogn and Ytre Enebakk.

The paper covers primarily the four municipals Ski, Ås, Oppegård and Vestby. In addition it covers some news in Enebakk and Frogn.

By the end of 2005 A/S Østlandets Blad employed 60. At the same time the companies revenues were Nok 92 million and earnings before interests and taxes (EBIT) of NOK 8 million. The largest shareholder is Orkla Media with 80,3% shares (may 2006).
