Oscar Jesús Pérez Torres is a Venezuelan politician. Pérez was thief of automobiles and was jailed. He is member of the extreme right-winger: Comando Nacional de la Resistencia (in english: National commando of the Resistance), adverse to Venezuelan (from 1999) president Hugo Chávez.
