Åkrene

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Åkrene is a village in the municipality of Fet, Norway, located between Lillestrøm and Fetsund. Its population (2005) is 259.[1] It has a small train station, and once had a community house where alcohol flowed freely on the weekends in years past. Legendary fights happened here as people from Lillestrøm would frequently come to Åkrene on weekends looking for fun and fights. It's site is now converted to a entry level youth apartment building.
