Álvaro Pelegrín Gestido (17 May 1907 — 18 January 1957) was a football (soccer) player from Uruguay. He was born in Montevideo. He played for C.A. Peñarol from 1926 to 1942. He also played 25 matches for the Uruguay national football team, winning the 1930 FIFA World Cup and the 1928 Summer Olympics.
