`Ala' ad-Din Kay-Qubad

‘Alā’ ad-Dīn Kay-Qubād I (علاء الدين كيقباد, also rendered as Alaadin, Alauddin, Kay-Kubad, Kaykubad, or Kay-Ghobad; also كيقباذ Kay-Qubādh) was a Seljuq emperor who reigned from 1220 to 1237).
He sponsored a large scale building campaign across Anatolia resulting in the golden age of Seljuq rule.
