The International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium ((ISC)2) is a non-profit organization headquartered in Palm Harbor, Florida. CISSP is flagship certification of (ISC)2 CISSP is highly reputed Information Security Certification.
The organization is internationally recognised with over 42,000 information security professionals in more than 110 countries. The organization maintains what it calls a Common Body of Knowledge for information security for the following certifications:
- CISSP
- Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP ®)
- Information Systems Security Management Professional (ISSMP ®)
- Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP ®)
- Certification and Accreditation Professional (CAP CM)
- Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP ®)
Several of (ISC)²'s credentials meet the stringent requirements of ANSI/ISO/IEC Standard 17024, a global benchmark for assessing and certifying personnel.
