Zygote Media Group

Zygote Media Group is the developer of the Zygote Human Anatomy, 3d anatomy models. The company was formed in 1994, and since then has developed a wide range of 3d models, images and animations. Though they now specialize in enhanced visualization of the human anatomy, Zygote has developed 3d models that have been used in a wide range of TV commercials and movies, including: Titanic (film), Fight Club (film), Mission Impossible II, Star Trek Generations, Independence Day (film), Godzilla (1998 film), Hollow Man, True Lies and more.

In September 2006, Zygote released an entirely new version of their retail website 3DScience.com, including a large library of free medical clip art

In an effort to contribute content to the educational community, Zygote Media Group has created several free teaching aids called 3D Science byte for use in the home or classroom.
